COMMENTARY: THE MIRACLE OF ITC Since about 1980 psychic researchers have claimed that people who have died have made contact with them via radio, over telephones, on television, on answering and fax machines and computers. This more extended and recent voice contact is called Instrumental Transcommunication (ITC). The contact is repeatable, has occurred in laboratories throughout the world, and is being studied by scientists.
Dr. Anabela Cardoso began experimenting with Electronic Voice Phenomena in 1997 and soon developed Direct Radio Voices. In 2000 she founded the ITC Journal with an Editorial Board of internationally recognised scientists and researchers of anomalous phenomena. As well as making regular contributions to the Journal and other international psychical research publications, she gave presentations, organised international conferences, and carried out research internationally. Dr. David Fontana devoted a chapter to her work in his wonderful book Is There an Afterlife.

Bob said that after he died he has been able to get to the enemy's wireless sending station and send a message.
