COMMENTARY: AMERICAN INDIVIDUALITY v RELIGIOUS RADICALISM. During the cold war in the twentieth century it was capitalism v communism. Now there seems to be a new global confrontation which many predict will be far more serious than the cold war – the rebellion by Islamic revolutionaries against the extreme form of liberalism- American individualism. We have seen the commercializing of semi-nudity and women’s breasts, the cult of celebrity, drug taking on a gigantic scale, violence for profit and extreme self interest at the expense of the common good. Observers say America has gone too far. Others insist on pushing freedom to its extreme. But we know from experience that one extreme provokes another opposite extreme. Accordingly, we are informed, Islamic revolutionaries want to export radical Islam around the world. The world has never before come across extreme religionists who are willing to blow themselves up along with innocent people in public places. We are informed that one way to stop acts of religious terrorism is to find out who is financing it - cut the money supply to erase religious terrorism and religious radicalism.

QUESTION OF THE WEEK: Fred from Argentina, apparently a good Catholic, seriously asks if he has sex – by himself or with an unmarried or married woman, will he go to hell for eternity as he was told when he was younger?

Victor: That is a question which troubles mainly Catholics. I myself was brought up with the threat of hellfire and brimstone for eternity for the least offence. If boys masturbated or even if they didn’t - but used their imagination – that would be regarded as a ‘mortal’ ‘grave’ sin and they were told they would burn in the fires of hell for eternity. It is estimated that some 85% of the Catholics do not accept hell for eternity. They say it’s ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. Fred! Psychiatrists, psychologists and other responsible non aligned professionals state anything done in private and by consent within the legal age limits, where no one gets hurt is not harmful. Why would someone burn for eternity for a few minutes of self-indulgence? The Catholics are very rapidly losing credibility. But remember, hell for eternity is NOT a dogma. Apparently Popes had different views on hell. For example, the last Pope, Paul-John II did not believe in hell for eternity.

ETTA WRIEDT- A PHYSICAL MEDIUM LIKE DAVID THOMPSON Those of you following the progress of David Thompson's voice circle will enjoy reading about a powerful American direct voice medium, ETTA WRIEDT. She was always conscious during seances and often joined in the conversation with the visitors. Voices were heard in her sessions speaking in Dutch, French, Spanish, Norwegian and Arabic. D BROWN - debunker – put up or shut up!: Someone sent me an online video showing some character by the name of D Brown (UK). He claims that ALL mediums use ‘cold reading’ techniques and he tries to demonstrate it with a small crowd. But hold on there boy!!!! WHO selected the subjects? WHERE did they come from? WHAT objective controls were applied to give this guy any credibility? NONE???? NONE???? Well, that says it all. This guy has a big mouth claiming that the only thing successful mediums do ‘cold reading.’ Remember that other flamboyant skeptical debunker form Florida who tried to do a John Edward – and fell flat on his ass – was booed off the stage in an English television production? Now I challenge this D Brown to duplicate what we do every Sunday night – see above. If he’s successful, I’ll hand over a HALF A MILLION DOLLARS. But if and when he fails, HE has to hand our medium David Thompson the half a million dollars. Do you have what it takes to take us on D Brown? Or is what you do is just hollow propaganda to promote yourself by disseminating darkness, using fraudulent methods to fool the innocent and the unaware?

MARY MAGDALENE Kevin Williams has a fascinating page about Mary Magdalene and claims that she had a NDE. He writes: “The orthodox view is that Peter was the leader of the twelve disciples and head of the Church. But the early Christian writings discovered in 1945 tell a different story - that Mary Magdalene was the beloved disciple who had more authority than Peter. This is also supported by Biblical facts. In John 13:23-26, the beloved disciple is "resting on bosom of Jesus" while Peter must petition the beloved disciple to ask Jesus a question for him. In John 18:15-16, the beloved disciple has access to the high priest's palace while Peter does not. AN ANGEL BY MY SIDE Jacky Newcomb from the UK was kind enough to send me a review copy of her latest soon to be best selling book about After death contacts. Jacky has created a lovely very readable collection of the kinds of ADCs that ordinary people are having everywhere. Lots of detailed examples of dream visitations, electrical disturbances on cue, uncanny coincidences and the kind of detailed personal experiences that are absolutely convincing to the person involved. Jacky herself is a medium and she interweaves her own personal experiences into the mix. Dematerialization is not dissolution. A dematerialized object would be invisible and intangible. But it would be no less real than it was. SCIENCE AND RELIGION: why are people leaving the Church? We have entered the twenty first century. People everywhere are using their intelligence to evaluate for themselves what to accept and what not to accept. But people are not prepared to accept BLIND FAITH anymore. People are not prepared to blindly accept domination by others who cannot substantiate what they are telling them. We have been told that BLIND FAITH is stupid. Why? There are Islamic terrorists who have blind faith that if they kill innocent people they will be rewarded with 50 virgins in paradise – so they believe. Kamikaze pilots also had blind faith that if they committed suicide by diving their planes on to battle ships, all their ‘sins’ would be forgiven and they would not have to reincarnate. Blind faith does not have ‘objective authority’. It is subjective in the extreme and could land you in very hot water. Don’t blindly follow others. Don’t let other people do the thinking for you.Don’t accept anything that does not make sense. Ultimately, YOU have to evaluate all information for acceptance or rejection. Usually people will accept anything truly EMPIRICAL (using scientific method to measure phenomena- anything that can be repeated over time and space and yields the same results) and are not prepared to accept absurdities or the ridiculous or the bizarre. THE POPE GOING ‘BACK TO THE PAST’: I just could not believe what I read last Monday about the Pope claiming that ‘hell is for eternity.’! This Pope is taking Catholicism back to the middle ages when nearly all people were uneducated and accepted blind faith. We are living in the twenty first century and recent history shows that people are leaving the Church around the world by the million. When is the leadership of the Church going to wake up and make its teachings consistent with empiricism? This highly conservative Pope is doing HUGE damage to Catholicism – to the millions of people around the world. Why? Because there is NO AUTHORITY anywhere for the justification of the teaching that human beings could go to hell – a place of horror, constant pain and suffering for ETERNITY. Try to imagine: BILLIONS and BILLIONS and BILLIONS and BILLIONS of years in ‘pain and suffering of hellfire’ just because a human being died in ‘mortal sin’ as invented by the Church – e.g. not going to Church on Sundays???? For five minutes of fornication by consent? Or masturbation? Or for divorcing a violent person and remarrying a decent person?
I wrote to the Pope and told him WHY CATHOLIC THEOLOGY HAS TO BE CHANGED. As a lawyer empiricist I was informed by the highest credible entities that the average good decent person will be reunited with his loved ones on crossing over. Read my open letter to the Pope ...

On radio Super1 10pm European time, a Catholic priest organized a debate where a medium was supposed to debate a known skeptic. What did this priest do? He invited THREE CLOSED MINDED SKEPTICS and including himself there were FOUR skeptics taking on one gifted medium, Natal! This does not show the priest, Fr Colin Apap to be fair, reasonable equitable and spiritual. This planned ambush was most unspiritual, irrational and one of the dirtiest ways to try to discredit mediumship. But I’m informed that the medium performed brilliantly and won the day. Well done Natal! And may that negatively manipulating priest get the same treatment as he dishes out to others – inevitably the Law of Cause and Effect guarantees that! No wonder people there are voting with their feet, not going to Church anymore – when they see Catholic priests – instead of being exemplary, showing that they can be just as devious, deceitful as dirty as any other human being.

SKEPTICAL MAGICIAN LIES TO FOOL THE UNAWARE: I’m informed that in the above debate there was an uninformed magician, Vanni Pulez, who stated the old skeptical claim that ‘ectoplasm does not exist.’ Obviously, this debunker Vanni, misleading the public, has not done his homework. Ectoplasm was studied at universities in Europe by Professor Richet and Professor Crawford –see chapter 10, click on BOOK top right. Ectoplasm killed medium Helen Duncan – see chapter 11. This skeptic also stated that when people see spirits they are not really seeing anything, it’s a ‘mind projection’. So how can this skeptic explain spirit voices on tape? How is it that other people with the highest credibility see and talk spirits? This skeptical Vanni also LIED when he stated that some of the giants who walked on this planet earth who after investigating accepted there is an afterlife were ‘discredited.’ Discredited by whom? To support his argument the debunker cited the world-discredited debunker from Florida - JR. I remind this uninformed Vanni that Professor Dennis Rawlings spilt the beans on JR when he said that this Florida debunker told him – “I’ll always have a way out" (of paying up on the so-called million dollar challenge). Imputed in that is that this Florida debunker has earned a place in paranormal history as having the most ridiculous deceitful, dishonest and fraudulent hoax offer. Wake up Vanni, you are deluding yourself – and one day guaranteed you will thank me for this note to you!

HOW DO YOU GET A BETTER DEAL ON CROSSING OVER VICTOR? The way to increase the vibrations of your duplicate etheric body is to do selfless service – helping other who really need help – definitely, no one will end in the realm of the dark when one does selfless service – which is, in other words, increasing your spirituality. Also, question everything taught to you and question every thought you get. YOU have to make the decisions for all your acts and omissions. You have to exercise your fee will. Be careful of those who will try to take away your independence, who try to do the thinking for you. You are responsible for what you do. Every time you make the right decision to help others, you are in fact increasing your vibrations – that is the law. Religious recitation, hymn singing, religious rituals do not increase your vibrations at all – it is the DOING that will increase or decrease your etheric body’s vibrations.

CRUELTY TO ANIMALS IN CHINA: The Daily Mail, Mon March 26th 07 in England ran a feature which showed there are some TWO MILLION cats and dogs being slaughtered every year in China – for their skin to be used as fake fur for Western customers. The writer says that there is heinous cruelty the way these cats and dogs are dumped in small cages where they are packed alive – those at the bottom get squashed by those on top. As responsible human beings we should not be reinforcing this enormous cruelty – cats and dogs are sentient beings – which means they feel as much pain as we do. COMMENTARY: The Law of Cause and Effect. My twenty years or so of afterlife research tells me that on crossing over absolutely nothing changes in our character, intellect and personality. That is also evidenced by those who come through as visitors in our Sunday night materializations experiments in Sydney, Australia. For example, Houdini is still fairly brash, dominating even supercilious; exactly as he was when he was on earth some eighty years ago. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s personality appears not have changed. So was Archbishop Cosmo Lange’s personality judging from the time he spent with us one Sunday night. The only way to increase one’s vibrations either on earth or in the afterlife dimension is by making a contribution to others – opening the heart and being unselfish.We are credibly informed from intelligences from the afterlife that in the afterlife dimension where there is no pressure for food, clothing and shelter, one could stay spiritually static and in the same realm for hundreds, perhaps even for thousands of years. Those who do selfless service while alive seem to be at a huge advantage when they cross over- the habit of caring for others carries on and they make rapid progress. That's how one gets a 'better deal' on crossing over.

STOP PRESS STOP PRESS: VIRGINIA TECH UNIVERSITY MASSACRE. News services are describing Monday morning (16th April 07) massacre as the 'worst massacre in history,' 'national tragedy,' 'the killing fields.' It appears that around 33 were brutally murdered on this campus by someone who knew what he was doing. I was asked what is going to happen to the victims in the afterlife - those who were brutally cut down at such a relatively young age? I state that assuming the students were the normal good average decent students, as we are sure they would have been - and not necessarily 'perfect', on being killed, ALL of them would be met by loved ones to assist them to proceed to the realm of the light. This information about what happens when people die- even when they are murdered - has repeatedly been transmitted by highly credible entities under the supervision of empiricists- it's highly reliable. What about the murderer? That is a difficult one because the issue of level of awareness - being fully aware of what he's doing, intention and motivation would be critical to know to get some idea of what is going to happen to Cho, the killer of these innocent students. More about this later on.

CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS? As already stated, just because one crosses over one does not become omniscient and infallible. Far from it. Nothing changes. QUESTION YOUR BELIEFS
What is most ironic is that most of the religious Christians I met agree that if they had been born in a different country – e.g. India (Hindusim), or Africa, or Japan (Buddhism-Shintoism) or Pakistan (Islam) their religious beliefs and world view would be completely different. Yet some of these religionists tend to remain stubborn in their existing religious beliefs. Psychologists tell us that environmental beliefs are embedded in our emotions and are very hard to shift when they become deeply entrenched in a country’s culture. Some people are prepared to die for their beliefs even when there is no guarantee they are valid. Why not? Because personal beliefs – even the belief in skepticism (the modern belief that nothing outside matter exists) are ‘subjective’. We empiricists know that anything subjective is subject to complete invalidation. Ask questions, lots of them and keep on asking questions until the day you die. Never remain doubtful, never compromise with truth and always demand repeatable empirical substance for anything you accept.

WHEN THOSE IN THE AFTERLIFE ERR: Last week the materialized Harry Houdini told me in his own words, that I was wasting my time trying to “convert” the closed minded skeptics because like him when he was on earth “they will never listen”. His good friend Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (pictured left with Harry Houdini) said something similar last year. While I appreciate the good intentions of both of these honored guests I need to point out that I have absolutely NO interest in “sowing seeds on rock” as Silver Birch so eloquently puts it. My primary mission has always been to make the evidence for the afterlife available to the genuine open minded seeker of truth- if you read my book you will see that “Answering the closed-minded skeptics” is one chapter out of 29. However as part of that mission I do feel obliged to put up a counter argument to the very influential scientific debunkers like Professor Dawkins who is disseminating darkness across the globe with his mistaken belief that there is no afterlife. He uses what we call in the legal profession the 'smorgasbord' argument - picking only that which supports his argument and totally ignoring relevant and critical inconsistent information. Many genuine mediums, healers and professionals working in the paranormal and the afterlife have been intimidated by debunkers and some of them have had their careers jeopardized and funding cut. Many scientists keep quiet about their spiritual beliefs because of peer-pressure. Things ARE changing these days. But it still takes a huge amount of courage for doctors and scientists to go against materialist science. I received emails from professors in this regard seeking help. Laypersons do NOT know that unless submissions by the debunkers are strongly rebutted they will be accepted by people who have not investigated for themselves.

REPEATABLE EVP EXPERIMENTS
During the EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena) experiments conducted by Pye engineers voices were recorded on tape and heard by more than 10 experimenters present. In Voices from the Tapes (click on BOOK top right, click on chapter 4) there are four pages of photos showing different participants - including scientists and a theologian - in Bander's later experiments. These were carried out under the strictest control conditions. On one occasion EVP experiments were conducted in soundproof studios to filter out stray broadcasts. In the space of 27 minutes some 200 voices were received.

GRANTS FOR EVP RESEARCH
The Helene Reeder Memorial Fund for Research into Life After Death, (HRF) awarded in December 2006 grants for two research projects as follows: Mrs Sonia Rinaldi at the International Instrumental Transcommunication Research Institute in Brazil for “An investigation into possible unexpected intelligent disturbance in the visual and audio range” receives EUR 5000. Mr Christian Gaden Jensen et Prof Etzel Cardena for a project “To investigate various aspects of psychic practitioners in Scandinavia” receive EUR 2000.
We need more wonderful people like Swedish doctor Helene Reeder who left money to the Swedish Society for Parapsychological Research with a wish that the amount should be used for research into life after death. Read more….

ITC EXPERIMENTS The voices from the Afterlife collected by Marcello Bacci for over 30 years have been recorded on tape and attested to by university experts. Many researchers have visited Bacci’s laboratory to test the phenomenon of the Bacci voices. Physicist Prof. Salvatore Mario Festa, worked with Bacci analysing the voice weekly for six years. Here is part of a report he wrote for world ITC:
“ The phenomenon of the voices of Bacci is authentic, there is no trick of any sort!....clear and convincing messages are heard, messages filled with esoteric content and answers more or less in line with the questions asked.” ( Read more in Chapter 5). SPIRITUALITY AND PSYCHIATRY Looking at the program I stumbled upon an unexpected treasure trove of full text articles by the special interest group on Spirituality and Psychiatry of the British Royal College of Psychiatrists. Some wonderful papers showing a thoughtful and sensitive approach. Highly recommended is this paper by Peter Fenwick Dying: A spiritual experience as shown by Near Death Experiences and Deathbed Visions.

THE NEW REVELATION In 1918 Sir Arthur Conan Doyle published 'The New Revelation' - a firsthand account of his personal investigation into the world of Spiritualism which is still as relevant as the day it was written. In it, Sir Arthur, a wonderful writer, calmly and deliberately examines psychic experiences, life after death, mediums, automatic writing and more. CATHOLIC BISHOP CAUCHI of GOZO: I was informed that this Catholic Bishop is telling his parishioners that when they cross over they will have to go to ‘purgatory’ first before they go to the realm of the light. This is horribly WRONG for this Bishop to say frightening things like that that is making his parishioners tremble with fear. This Bishop will pay the price for willfully misinforming the people that on crossing over they will inevitably experience ‘suffering.’ That’s absolute rubbish! This Bishop does not show he has the technical knowledge which is consistent with the information we received from around the world from highly credible advanced entities. The average good decent person, on crossing over will be met by loved ones and then they will proceed to the realm of the Light. NO PAIN, NO SUFFERING takes place. Catholic theology does NOT deal with what happens to people on crossing over the way we empiricists deal with this very delicate matter. This Bishop Cauchi will be lowering the vibrations of his etheric body by willfully doing harm to others – which comes under ‘cruelty.’ If that continues it is theoretically possible for this Bishop to be sucked down to the realm of darkness on crossing over. Daily religious ritual is MEANINGLESS. What is critical is ‘spirituality.’

AN AFTERLIFE INTELLIGENCE ON THE UNIVERSE:. As I told you last week I came across a highly credible, most respected afterlife intelligence, Silver Birch who, as a highly advanced entity - an eye-witness from the afterlife for some forty years transmitted most valuable information from the afterlife. He stated a number of vitally important things about the universe.

Silver Birch rules out ‘chance’ to explain the universe. He says the universe is ruled by perfect laws guided by a Great Power that we on earth refer to as ‘God’ – not the God of the Bible – but what many empiricists call ‘God’- "the sum total of all spirit that is in the universe".

COMMENTARY: WHAT DOES EASTER MEAN TO YOU? For Christians, Easter is a time to celebrate Jesus’ resurrection after physical death. Of course Jesus was resurrected after his death. This happens to every human being whether you’re a Christian, Hebrew, Hindu, Moslem, Shintoist or if you belong to another religion. As a matter of fact you do not have to belong to any religion. ALL humans on crossing over will be “resurrected” - find themselves alive in a different dimension and under certain conditions re-appear to people still living. There is absolute irrebuttable empirical evidence that we survive death– click on BOOK top right. Every week, we empiricists of the Silver Cord converse with William Charles Cadwell who died over a hundred years ago (listen to tapes) and yet - because of the presence of a physicial medium - he is as solid as you and me. And he confirms that all humans continue to live on crossing over WITHOUT EXCEPTION. So what is the problem for Christian theology? See next item:

CHRISTIAN THEOLOGY NEEDS UPDATING- it’s a matter of CREDIBILITY: Christians believe that on the third day Jesus rose from the dead and in his human body ascended – physically – up in the skies above the clouds some six weeks (40 days to be precise) after he was resurrected from the dead. (Read more...) That is NOT consistent with empirical, scientific afterlife research. Why not? Because highly credible information from around the world tells us that the realms of the afterlife dimensions are exactly where we are but on a different frequency- like different channels of television.

THREE DAY DELAY? Empirically, Jesus would not have had to wait for three days to be resurrected. Clairvoyants have reported seeing the spirits of the dead being released immediately at the time of death. People the world over see solid looking apparitions of the dead immediately after their death (see Chapter 19 Apparitions). People who have near death experiences find themselves outside their bodies immediately after death. (see Chapter 6 NDEs) And spirits who return through mediums of all kinds tell us that they sometimes were not even aware that they had made the transition. (see this transcript) Many of the Christian religious writings were taken from previous non-Christian religious writings which were written by highly imaginative, highly superstitious people who claim they had inspiration – but without any credible supporting evidence. To stop the huge exodus from the Churches, Christian theology has to be consistent with the empirical evidence for the afterlife. Only when a religion is consistent with empiricism will it last forever and be able to withstand the most stringent tests of validity.

DIRECT VOICE EXPERIMENTS
Do materialists think British judge Dr Aubrey Rose, OBE, CBE, one of the most brilliant lawyers in England, was deluded when he wrote in his autobiography The Rainbow Never Ends (2005) that he recognized on a tape recording the voice of deceased Judge, Lord Birkett, speaking through direct voice medium Leslie Flint. VOICES THROUGH TRANCE MEDIUMS
Do materialists think that the greatest skeptic the world has ever seen, Dr Richard Hodgson, was lying when he had egg on his face and had to eat humble pie after bringing more than 150 sitters to séances where Mrs. Piper was in trance? Hodgson reported that he was present when, over a long period, George Pellew (in spirit) spoke directly to thirty people who had known George Pellew when he was alive through the entranced Mrs Piper. Pellew was able to correctly identify all of the sitters whom he had known and distibguish them from planted "dummies" who falsely claimed to have known him. Most of them sat and talked and reminisced with George Pellew, speaking through Mrs. Piper, as if he himself was there in the flesh.These meetings were so absolutely impressive that Richard Hodgson wrote his report explaining in detail why he was wrong in his earlier reports and that now he had irretrievably accepted the existence of the afterlife. MATERIALIZED VOICE EXPERIMENTS
The voices we hear every week in materialization séances are recorded on tape. They are NOT of physical origin. The medium is bound and gagged and cannot speak except in grunts. At his second appearance 'Harry Houdini' confirmed what I stated in my report last week - that fairly pronounced Southern influence came from another entity, a Southerner, calling himself 'Louis Armstrong' who was helping him to communicate.
