COMMENTARY:'CATHEXIS'
AND THE AFTERLIFE 'Cathexis' is a psychological
term which usually
refers to extreme bonding with a thing or an idea. It
explains why some skeptics will never accept the evidence
for the afterlife. Once
such an extreme powerful, stubborn bond with being 'closed
minded' is formed - NO EVIDENCE, no rationale, no intelligent
explanation, no science - will have the power to convince
a person otherwise. It
is very important to know its
effects- because cathexis carries on into the afterlife.We are credibly informed, that
some closed minded people will refuse to believe that
they are dead when they are in the afterlife, even when
proof is shown to them. Others who are particularly
attached to a particular religion will find themselves
with other believers in a rigidly structured "hollow
heaven" where they have no exposure to other points
