The Church of England's view: the Church of England under the auspices of Bichop Otto Lang, organized a group of specialists - including experts in law and science, to find out for certainty whether we here on earth can contact those who crossed over. CHICO XAVIER- INCREDIBLE EVIDENCE OF THE AFTERLIFE. Brazilian medium Chico Xavier published 412 books which were written by spirits taking over his arm in a process the Brazilian Spiritists call 'psychography'. This is quite different to automatic writing which Spiritists claim often comes from the unconscious mind. The mediums say they can see the spirit writer and watch the scenes they are writing about unfold like a movie. Chicko Xavier would write for 4-5 hours a day, in public, with his hand covering his eyes. All monies earned from his book sales went to the upkeep of his charitable centres. Divaldo Pereira Franco, also featured in the video below, is another Brazilian medium, now aged 86. He has been since the age of 20 an important spiritual speaker and psychographer. In August, 1952, he founded (along with Nilson de Souza Pereira), the "House of Assistance" (Mansão do Caminho), responsible for the orientation and education of over 33,000 orphaned children and adolescents. GORDON HIGGINSON ON TRAINING FOR MEDIUMS
Gordon Higginson (1918-1993) was one of the finest British mediums and teachers of mediumship of the last century. He was a fine mental medium as well as being able to do trance and physical mediumship and healing. He began developing his spiritual gifts at a very early age under the careful supervision of his mother, Fanny Higginson, who was also an excellent medium. He first publicly demonstrated his mediumship on his twelfth birthday and he continued to work the platform for another 63 years until the day before he passed to spirit. He was renowned for the accuracy of his platform mediumship and his evidence often included full names, addresses and telephone numbers. He was also the Principal of the Arthur Findlay College, a centre for training mediums in England, from 1979 to 1993.

MARTINUS THOMSEN (1890-1981) was an Danish-born author and mystic. Born into a poor family and with a limited education, Martinus claimed to have experienced “cosmic consciousness” in 1921.Some of his works have been translated into twenty languages and while he is not well known internationally, his work remains popular in Scandinavia.

QUESTION: Do spirit doctors know the cure for cancer?
I am often asked this question. S. Birch- a highly credible afterlife teacher answers: "It is not a simple question to answer. There is no specific cure in the sense that there is one remedy that will cure every type of cancer, because they do not all owe their origin to the same cause. Some are physical, some are mental and some are spiritual in their origin. It is not possible to treat them all alike ... Where patently sincere and devoted individuals are working along truly spiritual lines, they are helped automatically because they attract wiser beings who were in their field and who desire to help them. The other method is by the outpouring of spirit power in healing which produces results when the sufferer is ready to receive them. All healing from our world is accompanied through spirit power. It is not a magic wand that can be waved. That power is attracted to the soul of the sufferer. Therefore it cannot induce a response until the soul is touched. There is no magnetic link until the soul is open. If it is closed in, it cannot make any contact. It also depends on other factors, too. It depends on what is the cause of the disease. It depends on the purpose for which that soul is incarnated. It depends whether a choice has been made beforehand to express itself through a certain type of bodily mechanism."

 

PROTEST AGAINST THE SLAUGHTER OF WHALES: In late December, Japanese whalers left harbor on a mission to kill 1,000 whales for "scientific" purposes. Even though killing whales for meat is a violation of international law, Japanese whale killers have been using the "research" loophole to hunt the gentle giants for food and profit. Whales are intelligent, compassionate animals who mourn their dead and have close-knit family groups. Some people even say that they should be regarded as "non-human people." But every year, hundreds of them are slaughtered by Japanese whaling fleets in the name of "research." Send protest:

RESPONSE TO 'HITLER' COMMENTARY LAST WEEK: I received a number of emails from people who said that I must be wrong about Hitler. Remember, what I stated was not my personal view, but I was quoting how the Laws of the afterlife would affect a dictator whom historians claim is responsible for starting World War Two - causing over fifty million deaths and casualties. There were a couple of people who said that 'Hitler might not have been aware he was doing wrong.' Universally that would not be accepted. Even the Nazi generals at the Nuremberg trials conceded what they did was wrong - especially Hitler's own person friend, Speer the architect. According to Catholic theology as was taught in schools, if HItler confessed his sins and was truly sorry for what he did, he would have gone 'straight to heaven.' That of course, did NOT happen. But the more universally accepted Law of Cause and Effect says that no one gets away with it - and that would include the generals who put up the defence, "I was only obeying orders'. Once there is awareness that a wrong is being committed, the price for that would have to be paid sooner or later.
