QUESTION: Is it painful to die? Do we all experience

A friend of mine
is deeply involved in drug addiction - she is really in
a bad way. I do not know what to do about her. I am really
concerned what will happen to her if she takes an overdose.

fifteen years, addiction - whether it is to drugs, alcohol,
tobacco or to anything else, WILL linger on when the addicted
person dies. Whilst they will get help in the afterlife,

1) Thank you, Victor and Wendy. I really needed to read
the 'why sceptics are totally wrong' section, as I a few
days ago read a chapter in a book by a pseudo sceptic,
who have had a NDE through meditation and still claimed
it was just the brain and gave explanations why. I didn't
know it was a pseudo sceptic who had written it, when
I started reading that chapter. The fear of death, the
thought if we cease to exists, then once again hit me.
Reading your Afterlife report each Friday really calms
me and makes the fear less intense. I do believe very
strongly and I hope to one day get a personal proof myself,
so I will know 100% and I will be able to completely let
go of the fear. Until then, your reports and the wonderful
