UNIVERSITY STUDY EXPLAINS
SKEPTICS' STUBBORNESS. The
research of Professor Ullrich Ecker of the Western Australian
University shows that when false information enters the
mind at a critical time, it continues to influence decisions
even when the false information is later corrected. This
is particularly likely to happen if the false belief is
central to your identity and you have invested time and
energy into it.
Although Professor Ecker applied his research to climate
change skeptics, it can equally be applied to afterlife
skeptics and to some dogmatic religionists. It also explains
why closed minded skeptics refuse to accept some TWENTY
areas of evidence for the afterlife.
As I stated

below), a typical afterlife skeptic will remain stubborn
even when presented with the information that brilliant
Nobel prize winning scientists (and other brilliant scientists)
accepted the evidence for paranormal and the afterlife after
investigating. Skeptics mistakenly continue to be influenced
by the misinformation that there is no paranormal, no afterlife
and that all mediums are fraudulent.
So, this Professor would say, yes, my study will confirm
that skeptics' beliefs would not
be affected by new discoveries in science which show they
are wrong.

Victor: That is a very frequently
asked question. Unfortunately, some religions have created
too much fear about dying. It is very interesting that speaking
openly about 'death' and the 'afterlife' are not part of
Western culture. So there is colossal ignorance about death
and dying. Those who have been reasonable in life- not perfect
- but good and reasonable, have nothing to fear at all on
crossing over. Under normal circumstances on crossing over,
seconds after you die, your etheric (spiritual) body gently
comes out of the dead body. You are met by a loved one or
by a really good friend- someone you completely trust -
to help you move on to the realm of the Light, usually called

could be atheistic or agnostic and have a higher level
